A former Singapore diplomat, she served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with postings in Jakarta, Hanoi, and Brussels, where she handled ASEAN-EU relations, South China Sea dialogues, and bilateral trade negotiations. She later advised on regional security and economic integration at the ASEAN Secretariat. Holding a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Master's from the National University of Singapore, Dr. Chan specializes in geopolitical scenario planning, policy trend forecasting, and government-stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asia. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and French, and maintains extensive networks in ASEAN capitals and European policy circles.
Mr. Andreas Müller

Mr. Müller leads Great Vision's risk advisory practice with a focus on integrated political, compliance, and operational risk solutions. Previously a Senior Risk Manager at a major German financial institution (with significant Asia-Pacific exposure), he oversaw country risk assessments, sanctions compliance, and due diligence for investments in emerging markets. Before that, he served in the German Federal Foreign Office's economic diplomacy unit, focusing on Indo-Pacific strategies and EU-ASEAN connectivity. Based partly in our Berlin office, Andreas bridges European and Asia-Pacific perspectives, excelling in cross-border transaction risk, crisis response, and proprietary risk modeling. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is fluent in German, English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
